  1. The Club shall be called the Everton Supporters’ Club – Midlands Area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. There shall be a Committee to run the affairs of the Club, this shall comprise of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary/Treasurer and six other members to be elected annually. No member of the Committee shall be a committee member of another Everton Supporters’ Club.

  1. The Committee shall be elected annually at each AGM. Completed Nomination Forms for election to the Committee must be received by the Secretary no later than seven days before the meeting.

  3. If the number of nominated persons does not exceed nine then they shall be elected to the Committee. If there are fewer than nine forms received, the remaining positions can be filled by members nominated at the AGM and elected by way of either a secret ballot or a show of hands (to be determined at the meeting).

  5. If the number of nominations exceeds nine then elections can be determined at the AGM by way of either a secret ballot or a show of hands (to be determined at the meeting).

  • Membership of the Club (ESCMA) shall be effective from the 1st June and will expire on the 31st May of the following year. Membership for any person who joins or renews on or after the 1st March, paying the appropriate subscription, shall be effective until the 31st May of the following year.

 

 

  • All members shall conduct themselves in a responsible manner when travelling with the Club.

 

  • The decisions of the Committee are binding.

The aims of the Club shall be to follow, support and further the name of Everton Football Club.
