Marie O'Connor raises £1200 after completing marathon

Hi Pete, just a quick note to let you and the club know that I have now officially joined the ranks of marathoner! It took me over 5 hours to complete on a hot and hilly day but I was nice and steady so finished in one piece. Thanks again to ESCMA for sponsoring me. With the £4£ scheme that the bank does I should have raised £1200 for Everton in the Community. The EFC fundraising team have been in touch and are delighted. They sent me an official running top to run in so I wore that on the day. They were very supportive. Here's my favourite photo of the day - you will know where it was taken!
