It looks like we won’t be able to pick up at the school lay-by at Junction 9 in the future - gates and fencing are being erected at the entrance. In view of this, we’ve had to move the pickup to the bus stop opposite the Cedar Falls Care Home on Bescot Road for all future games. We hope to drop off at the KFC on the way back.
We are running a coach to the Burnley game on Saturday but due to our ticket allocation there will not be a pickup in Birmingham nor at Keele Services. As decided at the AGM and in order to break even, the cost of travel is £25 each; there are no concessions.
There are currently 53 booked on for the West Ham game and in view of the number of recent cancellations for other games, I’ve booked a 53 seater coach. If anyone has not yet booked a seat and wishes to travel, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please remember that any advance booking for home travel may be cancelled by notifying me no later than 8.00 pm on the day, five days prior to the date of travel. Any advance bookings for home travel cancelled after the stated time will be liable to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appropriate fare.
We will be running a coach to the Watford Carabao Cup game on 29/10/19. As this is a midweek night game, concession fares will not be available. I will need to know numbers as soon as possible to book the right size coach. If you also want a ticket then please contact me as soon as you can. The ticket arrangements are;
Tickets will go on sale to Season Ticket members on Wednesday 2nd October from 10.00am.
The deadline for Season Ticket members to claim their own seat will be 6pm, Tuesday, 8 October
Official members will be able to purchase one ticket per Membership on Wednesday, 9 October from 8.00am General sale will commence from Thursday 10 October, from 8am.
Depending on our ticket allocation for Brighton we will hopefully be running a coach – further details to follow.
